Refund policy

No refunds will be given unless we are at fault(late shipping, item arrived damaged). You may pay for shipping to return if being returned for personal reasons and receive shop credit of equal value. Preorder items are NON RETURNABLE as they are ordered specifically for you. Customized orders are not available for returns as they as customized to your specific order and cannot be resold.
